I am a graduate of The University of London with a BSc Physiotherapy and St. Marys University, Strawberry Hill with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and Sports Science.
In order provide each patient with the most up to date, effective therapy I have completed a number of post graduate courses in areas such as Myofascial Release, treatment of persistent pain and I am also a qualified Amatsu Therapist.
I have most recently taken a fantastic opportunity to study the principles of "Anatomy in Motion". This system of assessment is the brainchild of Gary Ward. It provides a unique insight into the movement of the human body to identify movement limitations, map patterns and allows me to develop individual solutions to your body problems.
I have worked in both the public and private sectors in the UK and Ireland. Through this experience I have been fortunate to help a huge variety of people from Sunday walkers to elite athletes.
